Sumitra Roy is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary communications professional with over a decade of experience spanning government, semi-government, and private enterprise accounts in the UAE and GCC..
Throughout her career, Sumitra has shaped the communications strategy and approach for clients like Dubai Holding, Dubai Properties, Meraas, Meraas destinations, Merex Investment, DWTC, Canon, UAE Climate Envoy and Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority. Her experience spans various sectors including climate and sustainability, energy, food technology, real estate, destination, retail and product marketing and tourism.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and results-driven approach, Sumitra specializes in corporate communications, leadership positioning, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.
In her previous role at Acorn Strategy, she served as the business lead for the PR vertical while overseeing the client servicing team delivering projects ranging from integrated strategy development to social media management. At Impact Porter Novelli, Lisa leads Amazon’s Corporate and Operations PR program across MENA, and extends her expertise to content development for clients like Philips and Al-Futtaim Group. At Ogilvy PR, Lisa spearheaded Huawei's B2B communications across eight markets in the Middle East and Levant region. Lisa's journey includes tenures at MSLGROUP and NBS Consulting in Singapore where she managed multi-market PR campaigns; and in-house roles at Inox Leisure and BAGNODESIGN.

Meet Shifa, an award winning professional with over 11 incredible years of experience in Retail, Lifestyle, Health, Technology, FMCG, and Finance.
Shifa has planned and executed amazing communication campaigns for big-name brands like IKEA, Dubai Festival City, Philips Healthcare, Daikin, Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, Amazon, P&G, Al Safi, Reckitt Benckiser, ADCB, DIFC Wills & Probate Registry and Al Hilal.
Shifa leads the way in PR programs that always hit the mark, driving fantastic results that match business goals. And guess what? Her commitment and compassion towards her work has even won awards for IKEA. Her hands-on skills make her an unstoppable force in the ever-changing world of communication and marketing.
With more than 35 vibrant years in the heart of the Middle East, she understands the culture, the people, consumer dynamics, and media landscape. But that's not all – Shifa has led various influencer-led campaigns for P&G's Fabric Care and Reckitt Benckiser's Home & Hygiene line-up. Rayna brings extensive experience from 4 years in the GCC region. Originally from the United States, Rayna boasts seven years in communications, four within fast-paced agencies.
Joining Impact Porter Novelli in 2021, Rayna excels in client service, media relations, project management, and content creation. She handles a variety of clients across consumer and corporate accounts.
Prior to Impact Porter Novelli, Rayna shone at Seven Media, managing accounts like EMAAR, BMW, MINI, and others.
Rayna holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic, Legal, and Management Communications from Howard University, Washington, DC.
She was also recently nominated a one of Communicates 30 under 30 and Campaign’s PR Faces to Watch 2023.
